More About Me

Business PhilosophyI believe as a Realtor my job is to utilize my knowledge to help my clients make one of the biggest financial and lifestyle decisions of their lives. It is crucial to the process to have answers to questions that are honest and reliable. I research difficult issues until all involved are confident with the results. It is very important to me to be educated and to continue to educate myself on all aspects relating to real estate. My clients wants and needs are my highest priority. As your agent you can be 100% assured that I am working for YOU and my goal is to accomplish what is best for YOU.

Education and Training

I have a BA degree in Psychology. It is very important to me to understand my clients, my colleagues, my family, and those around me. I continue to study psychological issues so I can better understand why people do what they do and how they are affected by myself and others.  I continually take real estate courses so that I am up to date on the market, technology, legal and all other aspects related to buying and selling homes.

Awards And DesignationsI have a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation which is a 90 hour course that I enrolled in after obtaining my real estate license. It gave me a good understanding of real estate. I also have several other designations which enable me to better serve my clients; CRS, Global Luxury and PSA.

Community InvolvementI enjoy involvement in my community. I feel it is my responsibility to give back to my community. I am truly fortunate to have so many opportunities where I live. I have served on the Holladay City Planning Commission, the PTA in all of the schools my children attended, my neighborhood HOA, my children's sports, arts, academic groups and many committees associated with trails, roads, developments, etc. I love getting to know the people I surround myself with and strive to help them live better lives.

Professionally, I serve and chair the Government Affairs/RPAC Committee at the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. This committee helps to protect property rights and is crucial to all of my clients as well as myself and all property owners. I am on the Legislative Committee for the UAR. I am involved at my office, board and state levels and know it is important to be involved to keep up to date and network with people I can learn from.

Personal BackgroundIn my free-time I spend time with my family. We enjoy snow skiing, travel, cooking, hiking, our dog Sammy and entertaining in our backyard. I am also an avid reader. I like to read all types of books.
